Universal Fabrication & Assembly offers high quality Drilling, Tapping and Punching services for all parts, tools and dies that we manufacture. At Universal Fabrication & Assembly we provide several varieties of drills that are manual and CNC controlled.

Universal Fabrication & Assembly is equipped with latest technology CNC Wire bending machines, punch presses, production drilling and tapping equipment and drills to give you a quality part with all specifications executed precisely. Our punch presses are of excellent quality and can handle up to 150 ton capacity.

Universal Fabrication & Assembly has extensive capabilities to perform high/low volume drilling, tapping and punching for parts made of many hard/soft materials. Some of the materials that we use are stainless steel, hard drawn carbon material, high carbon steel, low carbon steel, high nickel, brass, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze and malleable cast iron.

We specialize in spring assemblies, wire assemblies, stamping and assemblies, wire form assemblies, welded assemblies, electrical assemblies, tubes and tubing assemblies. In addition to providing technical assistance some of our custom quality services include prototyping, CNC wire bending, tool and die manufacturing and non-metallic stamping.

Our specialty services find their application in military, defense, medical, communication, electrical, fire protecting, entertainment, construction, commercial, heavy machinery, automotive and aerospace industries.
